By accessing our website and utilizing our travel planning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Uttarakhand Tour Packages is an independent proprietorship travel facilitation enterprise registered under MSME (Udyam Reg No: UDYAM-UK-07-0022671) operating from Ramnagar, Uttarakhand. We operate strictly as private travel consultants, tour operators, and resort facilitators.

2. Visitor Identity Requirements

Guests must carry the exact original photo identity proof used during travel itinerary confirmation. Local forest administration gates and resort check-in counters reserve the right to deny entry if details mismatch. Our enterprise bears no liability for entry denials resulting from incorrect identity information provided by guests.

3. Rate Adjustments & Revisions

All tour package tariffs, resort charges, and service fees are subject to revision prior to booking confirmation. Any unexpected government tax changes, forest department fee revisions, or fuel adjustments must be borne by the traveler.

4. Limitation of Liability

Uttarakhand Tour Packages acts solely as an intermediary travel facilitator. We hold no liability for personal injury, illness, baggage loss, train/flight delays, vehicle breakdowns, natural disasters, or unexpected park zone closures enforced by local authorities.

3. Refund Policy

Mandatory Forest Department Rule: Entry permits for Jeep Safaris and Canter Safaris once generated through official government channels are 100% Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, and Non-Adjustable under any circumstances.

Resort & Accommodation Refunds

Refunds for resort bookings and hotel stays are strictly subject to the individual cancellation rules of the reserved property. Applicable administrative charges and service fees incurred during processing will be deducted from any refund amount.

Refund Processing Timeline

For all eligible refund claims approved by our management team, the net refund amount will be credited back to the customer's original payment source (Bank Account / Credit Card / UPI) within 7 to 10 working days from the official approval date.

4. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contactuttarakhandtourpackages@gmail.com or through our official WhatsApp (+91 8194088666). Verbal cancellation requests will not be processed.

30 Days or more prior to travel date 25% of total package cost + Non-refundable safari permit fees
15 to 29 Days prior to travel date 50% of total package cost + Non-refundable safari permit fees
Less than 15 Days / No-Show / Early Departure 100% of total package cost (No Refund)

Weather & Government Restrictions

In cases where tours or safaris are canceled due to sudden natural occurrences, heavy rainfall, zone flooding, or unexpected government closure orders, Uttarakhand Tour Packages shall not be held financially responsible beyond the standard terms set by park administrators.
